This policy describes how the ReadySubs prelaunch website, operated by Blue Sky AI Automation, LLC, handles early-access information. This policy covers this signup website, not a future production ReadySubs account.
What we collect
When you join the early-access list we collect your name, business email address, company name, and the date of signup. Our web hosting provider may also process standard technical logs for security and site operation.
How we use the information
We use your details to manage the early-access list, send product development and launch updates related to ReadySubs, prevent abuse, and respond to requests. We do not sell the signup list.
Who processes the information
Website hosting providers process data to operate the site. We store signups in a private server-side text file and email a signup notification to our designated administrator. Email service providers may process your address when sending notifications or launch communications. We disclose data if legally required.
Retention and your choices
We retain signup details while the early-access list is active or until you request deletion or unsubscribe, subject to necessary legal or security retention. To request access, correction, deletion, or to unsubscribe, contact privacy@getreadysubs.com. Launch emails will include an unsubscribe method; requests received at this address will also be honored.
Security
We use access controls and protective web form validation to reduce risk; no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
